Come and visit us to taste typical dishes: the best recipes of first courses and desserts, handed down through generations.

 

First courses
Refuge Segantini suggests typical dishes: strangolapreti, potatoes gnocchi, canederli with speck or cheese, spatzle, polenta with melted cheese.
Pasta lovers can try our tagliatelle with mushrooms, pasta with tomato, spaghetti aglio e olio.
We also have classic vegetable soup, with leeks and potatoes, pasta and beans, onions soup.

Main courses
The best polenta with cornmeal, served with gulasch, pork ribs, knuckle of pork, roast veal, wurstel meraner, weiss wuerst, sausages, cutlets...all enriched with stewed vegetables, rosted potatoes or mixed salads.

Salami and cheese
Garlic salami, speck, baked ham, kamin wurzen, mix of 4 cheese and honey.

Desserts
We're glad to present our famous desserts: tiramis├╣, Kaisesmarren, apple's strudel, Sacher-cake, ricotta pie, grandmother's apple pie, panna cotta, our chocolate pudding, and yogurt with soft fruit.

Breakfast
Those who sleep in our refuge can start with a sweet or salted breakfast, juices, hot drinks and a small buffet.
